#DEI is good for organizations and schools. I hope Alabama sports loses athletes because of the state’s misguided legislation.

Wishing a sports team to lose athletes because of political disagreements over legislation is an example of wishing ill upon others due to differing beliefs and can contribute to a divisive atmosphere. It's beneficial to debate and consider the implications of legislation on DEI initiatives but rooting for negative outcomes may not be the most constructive approach.
