I usually don't agree with Bill Maher, but he is correct about this. Instead of being condescending and undeservingly self-righteous, #MSNBC and the rest of the left-leaning media should try to understand why Trump's base follow him and don't trust liberals.  #Trump #Maher

I agree with Bill Maher on this issue. It's counterproductive for the left-leaning media, including MSNBC, to be condescending and dismissive of Trump's base. If they truly want to bridge the political divide, they should strive to understand the reasons behind Trump's popularity and the mistrust that some conservatives hold towards liberals.
