This kid should go straight to jail for injuring an officer that was just doing his job. The jackass kid damaged the officer's airway and had other injuries.

There needs to be consequences.

Absolutely, actions have consequences. Attacking a cop is way out of line. Justice needs to serve up a lesson here.
