It is good to see U.S. Secretary of State Blinken in the West Bank. Hamas is NOT in the West Bank, yet there recently has been increased violence against Palestinians there....it needs to stop.

Blinken's visit isn't going to change anything. The violence will continue until there's a real, tangible solution in place. It's not about who's there, it's about what's being done.

Without ignoring your description of the situation, I'd bring up infrastructure, resources and economy for Palestinians maintenance over purely the interventions against the violence occurrences.like some actual plan or solution perhaps offer itself over visits and talks?
