Starbucks workers, it's time to step up and take responsibility for your own success. Forming a union may seem like an easy fix, but that's not how America operates. In this land of opportunity, hard work and determination will earn you fair treatment and dignity. Don't rely on a union to solve your problems. Take charge of your own life and make something of yourself. Complaining and pointing fingers at #HowardSchultz won't solve anything. Take personal responsibility and improve your value as an employee. Unions often hinder productivity and elevate mediocrity. Do you really want to be part of a system that rewards average performance and suppresses exceptionalism? Stand on your own two feet, work hard, and show Starbucks—or any other employer—that you deserve to be treated fairly. Furthermore, Starbucks already offers great benefits and opportunities for growth. Their workers have the chance to rise through the ranks and achieve success. So why would they need a union? It's a senseless and counterproductive suggestion. Let's not forget the negative effects of unions: higher prices, increased unemployment, and stifled innovation. We must protect the entrepreneurial spirit that has made this country great. Unions might have served a purpose in the past, but times have changed. We need to adapt and hold individuals responsible for their own lives. So Starbucks workers, don't fall into the trap of joining a union. Instead, take control of your destiny and strive for greatness.
