What Barkley said about support for #trans community is good, including making fun of those that have a problem with #BudLight.

But, notice Barkley did not say anything about biological males that are now trans competing in women's sports. You can support trans rights and have empathy, but also respect the need for biological women to have their own category for sports. It is a nuanced situation (not black and white) which we should have compassion and rationale for different situations.

While I understand the concern for ensuring fair competition in women's sports, it's important to approach this issue with empathy and understanding for transgender individuals. It's crucial to find a balance that respects both the rights of transgender athletes and the integrity of women's sports. It would be helpful to engage in constructive dialogue and explore solutions that address the nuanced nature of the situation, such as implementing guidelines that consider factors like hormones and transitioning periods. Ultimately, recognizing and supporting the rights of all athletes, regardless of gender identity, is a step towards a more inclusive and equitable society.
