So, here we are again, slowly preparing to visit the ballot box (in person or via mail) this midterm election year. Whoever wins on November 8, 2022, will determine whether Arizonans will lose the last shreds of peace of mind they have or get back on the road to recovery from the poor decisions of a wholly inept administration. If the people want the former, all they need to do is let Incumbent Senator Mark Kelly keep his seat. However, if you’re fed up with the mess that the state and country have become, you’d do well to vote for the person pushing to change that, Blake Masters.
To be clear, Senator Kelly has been doing a lot of representing in the U.S. Senate. However, he hasn’t been representing those who voted him in. On the contrary, he has been stoutly championing the cause of the Biden administration, voting with the president a record 94% of the time. Now, voting so closely in line with the wishes of the POTUS isn’t in itself a bad thing. After all, it’s only natural to give a leader who clearly knows what he’s doing your full support. However, the agenda that the Biden administration is pushing is obviously bringing the country to its knees and yet the good senator keeps going along with everything.
You might be thinking, is Senator Kelly that bad? Is the condition of things really that critical?
Let’s look at what the facts are saying.
As of June 2022, the inflation rate in the country was a staggering 9.1%! For the uninitiated, this means that people who earn a fixed income get to use just 90.9% of what wasn’t even enough to begin with to cater to their expenses. Life is tough for the poor but who cares, right? If you’ve not been keeping tabs on things, you might be thinking, maybe the inflation rate has always been that high. Maybe the incumbent senator has nothing to do with this. That may be so. Just keep in mind that as of when Mark Kelly was sworn into office, the inflation rate was holding steady at 1.2 to 1.4%. But the senator couldn’t be content with that. He just had to take the inflation rate to space too. But that’s okay, Kelly deserves a break while the U.S. Army urges lower-paid soldiers to go on food stamps because of how bad things are.
Then, there’s the dismal state of national security, specifically the border. Only the senator can explain what he’s doing while illegal drugs have been crossing the border into the state. Of course, with illegals comes violence. The pathetic state of border security has become common knowledge globally as people fly into Mexico expressly because they know that smuggling themselves into the U.S. will be a piece of cake from there.
But when Vice President Kamala Harris says, “The border is secure,” the senator agrees she’s telling the truth. That’s the only logical reason why he would vote “no” to employing 18,000 more people to the Border Patrol to manage the illegal immigration issue but vote “yes” to employing 87,000 more IRS agents less than twelve hours later. That sends a clear message: making sure that struggling working-class families pay the government is more important than defending national security and protecting the people.
Arizona is a big joke right now and Senator Kelly is majorly complicit in bringing us this far.
How would Masters be different?
On inflation, Masters wants to rein in excessive government spending for starters. With his years of experience in the private sector, he’s devised a foolproof plan that’ll enhance job creation and yield bigger paychecks. According to him, “We need high-paying, high-tech manufacturing jobs that bolster our national security.” And, he knows just how to get us there efficiently.
Concerning immigration, Masters sees it for what it truly is: an invasion. So, not only is he planning to complete former President Donald Trump’s wall, but he wants to triple the Border Patrol so that the steady influx of drugs and violence can stop. Additionally, he’ll move to mandate E-Verify nationwide, oppose amnesty for illegal aliens and enhance more high-tech surveillance at the border.
This man has the right answers to our issues.
The Kelly experiment was fun while it lasted (if you don’t care about your fellow Americans, that is). However, it has failed.
Bringing on board a man who knows how to get things done is the only logical recourse. Give Blake Masters the mandate to protect Arizona and challenge a corrupt Washington D.C.
Vote Masters in November!
