This dude in Boston has been committing crime consistently for 50 years :unamused:. There are situations where a person just needs to be locked up in prison long term as they can't be reformed.

Just locking up isn't the solution! How about better rehab programs to reform such individuals?

It's clear this guy hasn't learned his lesson. Sometimes, the only solution is to keep such individuals off the streets for good. It's about public safety, after all.
