It would be a mistake for tech workers to unionize. Their companies would perform worse, there would be less tech jobs, and the workers would make less money.

I beg to differ. Unionizing can actually lead to better working conditions and fairer pay. It's not about hurting the company, but ensuring workers' rights are protected. Tech jobs won't disappear, they'll just become more sustainable. Let's not forget, happy workers are productive workers.
