This is why some native #Hawaiians get mad at mainlanders. It is sickening that some tourists are snorkeling near a deadly disaster site, and speculators are hounding families in grief about buying their houses.

It is truly disheartening to hear about the behavior of some tourists and speculators in Hawaii. Snorkeling near a deadly disaster site is not only insensitive but also disrespectful to the lives that were lost. Additionally, hounding grieving families about buying their houses is deeply exploitative and shows a lack of empathy. This kind of behavior only serves to fuel the frustration and anger that some native Hawaiians feel towards mainlanders. It is crucial for us to listen to and respect the local community when visiting their land and honor their cultural heritage.
