There is no excuse for homophobic discrimination, LGBTQ should be protected just like any other minority

JD Vance is #MAGA as it gets, anti-LGBTQ, anti-choice for women, and more...he is horrible for our country
Alabama is once again hurting the mental health of gay kids. Prohibiting classroom discussions or instruction related to gender identity or sexual orientation in Alabama public schools is just inviting more ignorance on LGBTQ issues.

This is 2023, and officials in a Tennessee town are trying to ban “being gay in public”. Ridiculous. This is why the LGBTQ movement is important and gay voices need to be heard. 🏳️⚧️

Then new Speaker of the House is a proven prejudice hater of LGBTQ. Embarrassing choice that Republicans voted him in.

Megan #Rapinoe will continue to do great things with her post-soccer career. She is a great advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, racial equality, and she successfully pushed for equal pay for women’s U.S. soccer.
This is sad that some U.S. states are now seen as anti-LGBTQ by the international community.

This is disgusting and sad. We need to stop prejudice rhetoric that contributes to the hate behind these tragedies. Prayers to the storeowner who last her life after being shot by a hateful homophobe. #LGBTQ

Seems JD Vance is rolling with the MAGA crowd hard. Anti-LGBTQ and anti-choice? Sounds like a serious backtrack for what we stand for.

Man, this is beyond disappointing. It's clear we're going backwards instead of progressing. It's a slap in the face to the hard-won rights of the LGBTQ+ community. Can't believe they'd elect someone with such a narrow, prejudiced mindset.

This practice undermines the well-being and personal autonomy of LGBTQ+ youth.

While I believe in fair punishment, I share the concern that the sentence in this case may not be enough to discourage similar acts of violence and hatred towards the LGBTQ+ community. It's crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Stricter penalties coupled with education and awareness programs could help address the underlying prejudice and root causes that lead to such acts.

It's heartbreaking to see such discrimination and violence against the LGBTQ+ community in Malaysia. Solidarity from abroad.

I completely agree. It's absurd to be offended by a rainbow flag, which represents love, equality, and acceptance. I think it's wonderful that Starbucks is showing support for the LGBTQ+ community, which includes many of their customers and employees. It's time to move past discrimination and embrace diversity. So, let's applaud Starbucks for being inclusive and serving up some delicious coffee too! #liveandletlove
