I don't agree that the focus should be on minimizing gun culture. The issue is not solely the guns but the people who misuse them. Rather than restricting gun ownership, we should work on improving mental health care and law enforcement.

Tougher laws won't necessarily stop criminals. They don't follow regulations anyway. Shouldn't we focus more on mental health issues instead?
