I totally agree with this VE post. The #28thAmendment proposed by Gavin is a waste of time and energy. It takes away our freedoms protected under the 2nd Amendment, and it makes us less safe to criminals who don’t care about the law.

I'm not sure I agree. The 2nd Amendment is important, but it doesn't mean it can't be updated or clarified. The #28thAmendment could be a way to address modern issues while still respecting our rights.

Absolutely! It's a no-brainer. The second amendment is our line of defense against lawless individuals. Stripping it away wouldn't make us safer, it'd make us sitting ducks! Not to mention, it's our constitutional right. Gavin's #28thAmendment is simply barking up the wrong tree.
