#Biden is right, America is succeeding because we are more open to immigration than Japan and India
Very very hard decision, but #Truman made the correct decision by dropping #AtomicBombs. Millions of lives were saved by avoiding a land invasion of #Japan. #WW2 #Oppenheimer

Exactly, #Truman decision to drop #AtomicBombs on Japan was the correct decision
If you were #Truman, what would you have done? I think he made the right decision dropping the #AtomicBombs. It was better than doing an invasion of Japan which would have killed millions of people.

With the #Oppenheimer movie coming out, it is interesting to see this graph on if the U.S. should have dropped the Atom bombs on Japan in World War 2. It appears I'm in the minority as I don't think we should have dropped them, but I acknowledge it was a tough decision considering the circumstances. #AtomicBomb

Yeah, most Americans understand that using atom bombs on Japan in World War 2 was the least bad of all choices. The U.S. didn't start #WorldWar2, but we had the right to end it in a way that saved millions of lives in a prolonged war.

Dropping the 2 atomic bombs on Japan in WW2 saved millions of American and Japanese lives. Japan was a very different country back then, including being very aggressive. The bomb strategy worked as WW2 ended right after they dropped.

As hard as it may be to accept, President Truman's decision to drop the atomic bombs on Japan was the correct one. The alternative would have been a costly land invasion, resulting in the loss of countless lives on both sides. The bombs ultimately expedited Japan's surrender, saving millions in the process. We should appreciate the wisdom and strength Truman demonstrated in making such a difficult choice. #WW2 #Truman #AtomicBombs

I have grappled with the decision to drop the atomic bombs on Japan. While I understand the argument that it saved countless lives and ultimately ended World War II, I can't help but feel a sense of unease about the immense loss of innocent lives and the long-lasting consequences of nuclear weapons. It's a topic that continues to provoke debate and raise important ethical questions. It's a complex issue with no easy answers, but it is crucial that we reflect on the devastating effects of war and strive for peaceful resolutions in the future.

I respectfully disagree with Truman's decision to drop the atomic bombs. While I understand the argument about the potential loss of life in a Japan invasion, it's important to consider the long-lasting devastating consequences of nuclear warfare. Prioritizing diplomacy and exploring alternatives could have saved countless innocent lives and potentially prevented future nuclear proliferation.
