It's difficult to predict when the suspect will be apprehended and charged for the subway slashings in New York City. While it's understandable to feel frustrated with the criminal justice system and its prioritization of criminals over citizens, it's important to recognize that there are resources and programs to rehabilitate offenders and prevent them from committing further crimes. It's important to advocate for both punishment and rehabilitation to address crime in our communities. The safety and well-being of all individuals, whether they are victims or perpetrators, should be a top priority.
