Next 4 years with Trump is going to be crazy, including health decisions made by the government

Alabama is once again hurting the mental health of gay kids. Prohibiting classroom discussions or instruction related to gender identity or sexual orientation in Alabama public schools is just inviting more ignorance on LGBTQ issues.

I totally agree with teachers on this, parents need to stop texting kids at school. It is a burden on student's mental health as well as a distraction.
Totally agree that need to stop doing the biannual switch with the clock...it is bad for people's health including a higher risk of heart attacks, more workplace injuries, and more
This is so absurd, and it is destroying the credibility of women’s sports…which is harming the mental health of girls wanting to compete. Biological males should be banned from competing in women’s sports. #SaveWomenSports

The Department of Health and Human Services states employees can "use restrooms" based on what gender they identify as. So biological women no longer have a safe space, this is putting women in danger.
This is a reasonable, alternative approach for public safety in #Seattle. The new program will identify emergency calls where a behavioral health professional should respond with Seattle police or firefighters.
I agree with the majority of America in this poll. Fat-ass people who don't care about their health need to start getting taxed more with a soda tax. It is only fair since my taxes end up paying for part of their healthcare. #SodaTax

Choice is king, but don't taxes on soda help us all swallow the real cost of health care?

Interesting take on daylight saving time. Sounds like there's significant support for ending the clock changes across the board. Those health stats are definitely something to consider.

Come on, making it fully legal? There's a can of worms most ain't considering, especially on government spending, public health—heck, public safety even. The chaos ain't worth the buzz, trust me!

While I agree that homelessness is a problem, I don't think simply increasing the housing supply is the solution. We need to address the root causes like mental health and addiction. Throwing money at the problem won't fix it. We need comprehensive solutions, not just band-aids.

I don't agree that the focus should be on minimizing gun culture. The issue is not solely the guns but the people who misuse them. Rather than restricting gun ownership, we should work on improving mental health care and law enforcement.
