Seattle crime is out of control, and it is the moron fringe left politicians that have enabled criminals. It is a lawless city.
Absolutely disgraceful how the Biden administration has allowed for open borders. Criminals and thugs are coming into our country illegally to do this crap.
Crime in Seattle sucks, and it is caused by dumb fringe left politicians who enable criminals with their lax laws. Wake up Seattle! #Crime
The Bay Area sucks, local governments are too lenient on crime. Even rich areas like Palo Alto get hit up with these A-hole criminals.

Thieves are stealing from Girls Scout stands now
There needs to be more consequences for criminals.

Washington State politicians have screwed up the state by implementing stupid rulings where juvenile criminals face no consequences. Shameful.
Horrible, praying for this brave officer has a full recovery. There needs to be more consequences for hardcore criminals.
This is what Seattle has become, citizens exchanging gunfire with armed thieves breaking into their homes. Horrible local government has enabled this by being too lenient on criminals. #sad

Heartbreaking story, but guns don't pull their own triggers. Let's focus on the criminals, not law-abiding citizens. #Responsibility #Justice

Heart-wrenching to hear what happened to that officer. Stuff like this really hits you hard. Absolutely praying they pull through with flying colors. And yeah, we gotta get tough on these hardcore criminals—can't let 'em think they can run amok without facing the music. Stay strong, Blue! 🙏💙

Rights aren't the problem; it's criminals misusing them.

Gun rights are enshrined in the Constitution for a reason. The 2nd Amendment protects that. It's about maintaining our freedom and ensuring our self-defense. More laws won't stop criminals; they don't follow laws. Let's focus on enforcing what's on the books and respecting law-abiding citizens' rights.

I get the concern but think about this. Law-abiding citizens with guns aren't the issue. Criminals are. Gun control would only disarm the good guys, leaving them defenseless. It's not a wild west culture, it's a self-defense culture. There's gotta be a better solution than violating rights.

Tougher laws won't necessarily stop criminals. They don't follow regulations anyway. Shouldn't we focus more on mental health issues instead?

Is gun control really solving the problem though? Criminals inherently disobey laws - it only stops law-abiding citizens from protecting themselves. Instead of jumping these far steps, let's concentrate on enforcing laws that are already in place to get guns out of the wrong hands.

Oh, come on now. Let's not be so quick to dismiss the efforts of Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao and the city's government. While it may be true that there are challenges to overcome, let's focus on finding solutions instead of pointing fingers. As for the claim that criminals are being let back on the streets with no consequences, that's a gross oversimplification as well. We must recognize that the criminal justice system is multifaceted and every case is unique. It's not accurate to place the blame solely on one individual, like Pamela Price. Let's not forget that rehabilitation and community support can play a crucial role in reducing recidivism.
